Parents on how they handle gift-giving from Santa

As child, all the presents I unwrapped on Christmas morning were from Santa. No gifts from Santa Frances, Brisbane/Meanjin Son aged one Christmas for us is about spending time with family and less so about the gifts. Small gifts from Santa, big gifts from parents Bec Nolan, 39, Brisbane/Meanjin Three kids aged eight, four and two I read somewhere you shouldn't give the kids the biggest present from Santa, as not everyone is in the same financial situation. I agree with people who say that kids may compare Santa gifts and wonder why their mate got a PlayStation and they didn't. Big present from Santa, small gifts from Mum Felicity, Gold Coast/Yugambeh Language Region One son aged nine I always say whatever is at the top of my son's wish list, the main big present, is from Santa.
