CtrlS Datacenters signs pact with Thailand to build 150 MW datacenter

HYDERABAD: CtrlS Datacenters, a city firm, has signed a memorandum of agreement with Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand to lease a 10-acre land parcel for 50 years in Chonburi province. The land will be used to build a 150 MW greenfield data centre campus and marks CtrlS’ first international market expansion as well as its first hyper-scale data centre in Thailand. The data centre is designed to meet high-end IT/computer needs of domestic enterprises,” said Sridhar Pinnapureddy, chairman, CtrlS Datacenters. This significant investment of CtrlS in EECd could lead to several valued collaborations in the future to come, to the organization, communities, Thailand and the world,” said Chula Sukmanop, secretary-general of EECO.
