CAT 2024: Analysis based on answer keys and tips for future

The Common Admission Test 2024 concluded on November 24, with about 2.93 lakh students participating nationwide. The VARC section included 16 reading comprehension questions, three summary-based questions, three paragraph completions, and two odd-sentence parajumbles, the latter being the only TITA questions in this section. The LRDI section was structured into three sets of four questions and two sets of five questions, with 10 TITA questions overall. For instance, this year’s paper featured two additional questions and an extra LRDI set compared to 2023. The QA section was notably easier, offering more basic questions, while the VARC section omitted parajumbles seen last year.
