Jharkhand HC Seeks State's Reply On Incidents Of COVID-19 Suspects Escaping Quarantine Centers [Read Order]
Live LawThe Jharkhand High Court on Friday sought the State's response on the stray incidents of COVID-19 suspects/ patients escaping the containment centers in the state. A bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad has issued notice on the petition filed by Advocate Hemant Kumar Shikarwar and has asked the state government to file its reply by April 29.
