PM Modi inaugurates Jammu railway division

Congratulating the people of Jammu and Kashmir for the new rail division, Abdullah reassured residents of Jammu who feared negative impacts from the expansion of the railway network to Srinagar. “Jammu and Kashmir is currently witnessing ₹40,000 crore worth of railway projects, and work is underway in Baramulla, Uri, Jammu, and Poonch,” he said.
