
M&S launches new AI-powered wine finder tool to help shoppers pick the perfect plonk
Daily MailMarks & Spencer has launched a new tool powered by artificial intelligence to help shoppers select the right wine for their palate. The new Wine Finder tool asks customers a short number of questions about their preferences before unveiling a list of 'tailored recommendations' of wines available. 'By utilising AI, the Wine Finder tool helps encourage customers to try different regions, grapes and bottles they’ve not considered before.
