NMDC shares rise 2% after interim dividend announcement. Check details

Shares of NMDC gained in early trade on Tuesday after the company announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.30 per share for the financial year 2024-25. In a filing to the exchanges, NMDC said, "The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday, 17th March 2025, inter alia declared the 1st Interim Dividend of Rs 2.30 per equity share of face value of Re 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25." In 2024, the company declared a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share and an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per share. A year earlier, it paid a dividend of Rs 2.85 per share and an interim dividend of Rs 3.75 per share.
