VIJAYAWADA: BC Welfare Minister Venugopala Krishna has said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is the first leader who recognised 139 BC castes in AP. “The chief minister is going to conduct a caste census to collect clear data about the Backward Classes that are treated as Backbone Classes by Jagan Reddy,” he said.
