How to apply for H1-B visas for the fiscal year 2024
The initial registration for the H-1B cap for the fiscal year 2024 starts on March 1, 2023. Step 11: If the agency receives a sufficient number of applications by March 17, it will choose registrations at random and notify people via their myUSCIS online accounts. Step 13: Once approved, applicants must submit the file and thorough H-1B petitions to the USCIS, which must be completed within 90 days.
