How devotees see Him

Mudal Thiruvandadi is the work of Poigai Azhvar. A pasuram in Mudal Thiruvandadi says Lord Narayana appears just the way His devotees visualise Him. No matter what name His devotees use to refer to Him, Lord Narayana gladly accepts that name. Sand from the street served as their ‘food offering’ to Lord Ranganatha. The priest would call out to Ramanujacharya, and the Acharya would accept the prasada with devotion.
