United Cup: World No.1 Iga Swiatek wants to focus on future instead of resting on 2022 laurels

World number one Iga Swiatek had a memorable season but she wants to focus on the future instead of resting on the 2022 laurels. The Polish star Swiatek lived up to her career-best ranking as she reclaimed her French Open title and won her maiden US Open trophy this year. "I am going to try to kind of cut off everything that happened last year and just focus on the future, because I feel like I can take a lot of experience from these tournaments last year," Swiatek said on the sidelines of the United Cup. And each tie will comprise two men's and two women's singles matches and one mixed doubles match to be played across two days.
