Maharasthra: ‘No Vaccine, No Entry’ Order Issued In Ahmednagar Ahead Of Festivities
ABP NewsPune: In view of the sudden spurt in Covid-19 infections in Maharashtra, the Ahmednagar district administration on Friday issued a ‘no vaccine, no entry’ order covering various areas, including private establishments, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, cinemas, auditoriums, marriage halls, agriculture markets, and events. The restrictions to be imposed from Saturday ahead of the New Year celebrations have made it mandatory for people visiting the above places to have at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and follow pandemic appropriate behaviour, according to an official. In fact, 19 students more students have been found infected at a residential school in Takali Dhokeshwar village in Parner tehsil for Covid-19 over the last three to four days. The Uddhav Thackeray-led government also capped the number of people allowed in wedding events and religious programmes as well as in gyms and movie halls.
