Students write letter to Bapu on Swachhata on Sept 13, winners to be awarded on national level: HRD Ministry
India TodayAs part of the Swachhata hi Seva campaign being organised from September 11 to October 2, schools students are writing a letter to Mahatma Gandhi on their commitment to cleanliness on September 13 which has been designated as 'Letter Writing Day'. This is meant to be a befitting tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th birth anniversary on October 2, 2019, and September 13 was designated as the Letter Writing Day’. Schools also need to send high quality videos on Swachhata hi Seva activities The schools were also asked to provide the school education department with a minimum of 5 high quality videos of 2 to 3 minutes on the Swachhata hi Seva activities undertaken on September 11, 2019 through the given Google Drive link by September 18, 2019, positively. The HRD Ministry letter asked schools to update the Google Tracker every day by 8 pm from August 30 to September 18 with details of all the Swachhata Pakhwada activities.
