The trailer hears narrator Iain Stirling telling viewers: “Guess what, winter – you can take your frost bite and stick it where the sun don’t shine.” He continued: “This year our heads have been turned. We’ll be covering ourselves in glitter and dancing around the firepit and there’s nothing you can do about it.” The trailer ends with host Caroline Flack saying, “Sorry, winter – you’re just not our type.” This will be the first of two series to run in 2020, with the winter one taking place in South Africa. “Love Island in the winter isn’t the same,” the tweet wrote.
