Xiaomi Redmi 7 quick review: Affordable and looks like a worthy successor to Redmi 6
India TodayRedmi series from Xiaomi has been a tremendous success in India ever since its introduction back in 2014. All Redmi numeric series phones -- as Xiaomi likes to call it -- are priced under Rs 10,000 and similar is the case with the newest addition to the series -- the Redmi 7. The Redmi 7 is an upgraded over the Redmi 6 in almost every aspect possible whether it is the design, the core hardware, the display, the camera or the battery. Similar to the Redmi Note 7 series and the Redmi Y3, the cheaper Redmi 7 also uses Gorilla Glass 5 on the front. While the camera module seems similar to what we have seen in more expensive Redmi phones, the photo quality I believe is one notch below in the Redmi 7 Well, this is pretty justifiable considering Redmi 7 is a much cheaper phone than the Redmi Note 7 or the Redmi Y3.
