Daily Mail

A 'hypocrite ethical vegan' who made death threats to people who 'weren't kind to animals' is allowed to sue his bosses for discrimination after a tribunal ruled his veganism is a 'protected belief'. After Mr Mysakowski 'became ethical vegan' he stopped buying vintage leather handbags to sell in his business but had existing stock. Mr Mysakowski began working at bottle company, Broxburn Bottlers Limited, in Broxburn, West Lothian in November 2022 as a 'Case Erector Machine Operator'. It was heard that by February last year, Mr Mysakowski commitment to his ethical veganism meant he had almost entirely excluded the use of products which may involve animal exploitation.
