Nat Barr rips into Anthony Albanese's government during interview with Tanya Plibersek

Daily Mail

Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek has brushed off concerns about Prime Minister Anthony Albanese not being informed about a suspected terror attack, dismissing it as 'chitty chat'. Plibersek found herself on the defensive after Sunrise host Nat Barr pressed her about the Albanese government's handling of a suspected bomb plot targeting Sydney's Jewish community. Nat Barr has lashed out at the Albanese government for repeatedly refusing to answer what the Prime Minister knew about a bomb plot and when he was told 'We've also, of course, made sure that we've got all of the resources there and the powers that the police and security agencies need.' Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek repeatedly ignored Nat Barr's questions Plibersek responded: 'What we don't do is give a running commentary about ongoing police investigations.
