Ace hockey player Sandeep Singh was shot on a train twelve years ago, which left the hockey player paralysed for two years. Soorma, starring Diljit Dosanjh as Sandeep Singh, tells the story of this nearly impossible feat. Sandeep Singh learned hockey for love, so when we asked him what Diljit can do for love, he had only one person in mind. It is a lesser known fact that, Sandeep Singh has been hailed as one of the world' most dangerous drag-flickers of all time with drag speeds of over 145 km/hr which led to his nickname, ‘Flicker Singh’.
