About a week after Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said his Ukraine invasion was progressing as planned, reports suggest his government has reached out to China for help. India’s recent positioning of neutrality at the United Nations meetings over the Russian invasion of Ukraine has brought relief in the Russian camp but stretched discomfort on the West side.
