Currently, Qingdao airport plans to open new routes to six destinations: Huizhou, Manzhouli, Zhangjiajie, Beihai, Shihezi, and Wuyishan. At the same time, Qingdao airport has maintained stable operations for regional and international routes to Tokyo, Osaka, Busan, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Nha Trang, London, Melbourne, Sydney, Moscow, Macao, and Taipei, with the passenger flight volume for international and regional routes increasing to 83.6 percent of the 2019 level.
