This is the moment a takeaway worker was arrested after he killed a father with a metal chair in a row outside a fish and chip shop. Rashko Kurtev, 32, got into an argument with Rodney Macleod, 46, outside the Seabells Fish and Chip shop in Birchington, Kent, on March 9. Kurtev, who worked at the business, came outside during the spat and threw some of Mr Macleod's belongings at him - before hurling two metal chairs in his direction.
