Atul Subhas Suicide: Fearing Arrest, Nikita Singhania & Her Mother Nisha Move Court

Atul Subhash Suicide Case: Nikita Singhania, the widow of Artificial Intelligence engineer Atul Subhash Modi, who killed himself accusing his wife and in-laws of harassment, has filed an application for anticipatory bail in Allahabad High Court. Three others, who are co-accused in the Atul Subhash suicide abutment case have also filed pleas for anticipatory bail. The Bengaluru Police had named Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, her brother Anurag Singhania, and her uncle Sushil Singhania as accused in the case. Atul Subhash, before killing himself by suicide on December 9 had accused the Singhania family and a sessions court judge of harassing him for money.
