CM Siddaramaiah Unveils Rs 327 Cr Cardiac Institute in Kalaburagi
Deccan ChronicleKALABURGI: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah emphasized the government's commitment to eradicating regional disparities across Karnataka, irrespective of areas such as Kalyana Karnataka, Mumbai Karnataka, Coastal Karnataka, or Mysuru regions. Speaking at the inauguration of the new building of the 371-bed Kalaburagi branch of Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, constructed at a cost of Rs 327.17 crore, the Chief Minister assured that the state is dedicated to achieving comprehensive development. He directed KKRDB Chairman Dr. Ajay Singh to prioritize education and healthcare in the Kalyana Karnataka region. He also announced plans to improve infrastructure at Gulbarga University, fill vacant posts, and establish new courses to enhance educational opportunities.
