Himachal Pradesh HC Asks Trial Courts Not To Insist For Certified Copies Of Bail/ Interim Orders, Accept Downloaded Copies Attested By Counsel

The Registrar of the Himachal Pradesh High Court has requested all the Judicial Officers in the state to accept the downloaded copies of the bail orders/ interim orders passed by the High Court, if the same are attested to be true downloaded copy by the counsel, representing the parties. interim orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court, if the same are attested to be true downloaded copy by the counsel, representing the parties. However, before accepting such orders, the orders could be got verified from the High Court website. Further, the letter mentioned that it has been noticed by the High Court that whenever the litigants as well as lawyers are submitting the downloaded copies of bail orders/ interim orders passed by it before the trial court, the Presiding Officer of the trial Courts are insisting for certified copies of such orders.
