Bombay HC asks JJ hospital to form expert panel to examine Elgar case accused Stan Swamy
India TodayThe Bombay High Court has directed the JJ hospital to form an expert committee to examine the health of 84-year-old Stan Swamy, a Jesuit priest and a tribal rights activist, accused in the Elgar Parishad case. The division bench of Justice SJ Kathawalla and Justice SP Tavade has ordered Dean of JJ hospital to form a committee of doctors including neuro specialist, an orthopaedic doctor, general physician and any other doctor required to examine Stan Swamy at 12 noon on Thursday.
