2 arrested in Karnataka for beheading threats to Prophet critics

Karnataka's Yadgiri police arrested two men for posting provocative videos on social media calling for "beheading those who disrespect Prophet Muhammad". The two men had uploaded several videos on social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Threads, urging people to kill "kafirs", said the Superintendent of Yadgiri Police. After the videos went viral on social media, Hindu groups urged authorities to file an FIR and arrest the two. Mohan Gowda, a senior leader of the Hindu Jana Jagurthi Samithi, said police must file an FIR against the individual responsible for promoting violence and inciting violence.
