Mumbai BMW hit-and-run victim was dragged, mowed down again: Police

According to the police remand note, Mihir Shah was driving the BMW when it collided with the victim's scooter. Mihir Shah and his driver, Rajrishi Bidawat, then inspected the car, made a call to Shah's family, and swapped seats, police said. Meanwhile, Mihir's father, Rajesh Shah, who was a Shinde Sena leader from the adjoining Palghar district, was sacked by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
