Congress chief Rahul Gandhi took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his 'cloud-radar' theory on the Balakot airstrikes at a press conference ahead of the end of Lok Sabha Election 2019 phase 4 campaigning. Rahul Gandhi said that since it was raining during the Balakot airstrikes, "I was scared PM Modi's plane would disappear". Rahul Gandhi said, "It was raining and I was scared PM Modi's plane would disappear and would not come on the radars. Rahul Gandhi said, "PM Modi says that air force officials said that the weather was bad to carry out the air strike in Balakot. Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also took a jibe at PM Narendra Modi over his "cloud-radar" theory at a rally in Madhya Pradesh's Indore, saying that PM Modi is such a "defence expert that he thought, the weather is cloudy and the planes won't come on radars".
