President Droupadi Murmu arrives in Tirupati

TIRUPATI: President Droupadi Murmu flew down to Renigunta airport here on Sunday during her two-day tour of Andhra Pradesh. Deputy chief ministers K Narayana Swamy and K Satya Narayana, Endowments principal secretary Anil Kumar Singhal and district officials led by collector Venkata Ramana Reddy and SP Parameswara Reddy received the President on behalf of the state government. TTD chairman YV Subba Reddy and executive officer AV Dharma Reddy and other TTD officials extended a warm welcome to the President on her arrival at the Sri Padmavathi Rest house in Tirumala. Hockey player Etimarpu Rajani, Women Barber founder in TTD K Radha Devi, Kuchipudi dancer MVSN Durga and entrepreneur Dr A Sridevi would be among those who would interact with the president.
