After the discovery of the body of a 35-year-old woman in a gorge in Tamil Nadu’s Salem district, Tamil Nadu police unravelled a case of betrayal and murder, which was reportedly staged to look like a suicide. Her disappearance led to a police investigation, during which call records revealed that she had last spoken to a 22-year-old man named Abdul Abeez. Police discovered that Abdul, along with his two other girlfriends, Thaviya Sultana, an IT employee, and Monisha, a nursing student, plotted to kill Loganayagi. Following an investigation, Yercaud police arrested Abdul, Thaviya, and Monisha.
