KEA makes Aadhaar based authentication for CET mandatory in Karnataka
The Karnataka Examinations Authority has got approval from the Unique Identification Authority of India to use Aadhaar-based authentication for the Common Entrance Test registration. CET 2025 registration will be held on three level authentication, including Aadhaar based authentication and Artificial Intelligence -powered face recognition system. As the registration process has already resumed, we will introduce Aadhaar linked authentication from the next level of CET process. After entering this OTP, the application will proceed to the next level.” After registration for every level of CET 2025 process, till the student has reported at the college, Aadhaar based authentication will be in place. KEA authorities have advised students to use the mobile number linked with Aadhaar during CET process.
