Exit polls BJP’s desperate attempt to avoid allegations of EVM tampering, says Hardik Patel According to the exit poll conducted by India TV-VMR, BJP is likely to get seats within a range of 108-118. Minutes after the exit polls predicted clean sweep for the BJP in Gujarat, PAAS leader Hardik Patel trashed the predictions saying “the numbers were shown in BJP’s favour so that no one raises the issue EVMs tampering”. The much awaited exit polls of the high-voltage battle between BJP and Congress in Gujarat was declared today with all media houses and agencies predicting clean sweep for the ruling BJP in the western state. While the BJP is likely to get seats within a range of 108-118, the Congress is expected to bag seats within a range of 61-71, says the IndiaTV-VMR exit poll.
