HYDERABAD: Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundrarajan on Wednesday called on students to face challenges in life “head-on to emerge stronger with each hurdle.” The Governor, who launched the ‘Y20 India ’ celebrations at the English and Foreign Languages University campus, said “youth have an immense role to play in our country's progress towards sustainability and self-reliance. They should become psychologically, emotionally, and physically strong to face the challenges with courage.” The Y20 celebrations are being held in various universities across the country as a part of India’s G20 presidency. Prof. E Suresh Kumar, the Eflu Vice-Chancellor, and member of the University Grants Commission, said India has the great advantage of having a higher percentage of youth population.
