BJP’s signature campaign in support of ‘three-language formula’ gathers momentum
The Bharatiya Janata Party’s signature campaign in support of introducing the ‘three-language formula’ in Tamil Nadu has gathered momentum in Tirunelveli and Tenkasi districts with top office-bearers of the party spearheading this campaign. But, this opportunity is being denied by the Stalin-led government preaching about ‘social justice,” said Mr. Nainar Nagenthiran while inaugurating the signature campaign in Tirunelveli Town on Thursday. “Apart from Tamil and English, the students of Tamil Nadu should be given opportunity to learn another Indian language of their choice if the ruling DMK is really concerned about protecting social justice,” said Mr. Ananthan Ayyasamy. The public response is overwhelming which will force the ruling DMK government to change its stance on its language policy very soon,” said Mr. Ananthan Ayyasamy, who hoped that the party would easily collect more than 1 crore signature before the deadline.
