Nearly €264,000 raised for victims of Oss railway crash

A massive 263,955 euros was raised in a fundraising action for the victims and relatives of a fatal railway accident in Oss last week. Nietveld started the fundraiser last week Friday, the day after the accident, with the hope to raise 60 thousand euros. A childminder was taking five children to primary school on a Stint electric cargo bike in Oss last week Thursday, when they were hit by a train at a railway crossing on Braakstraat. The money raised is intended to finance the funerals of the victims and pay for any necessary adjustments in and around the homes of the injured girl and childminder.
