Fearing 'police encounter', shooter walks into Delhi court wearing burqa

A shooter, who was arrested in connection with a firing at a Delhi-based businessman's house last month, surrendered before a court wearing a burqa, fearing that the police might shoot him in an 'encounter'. Sohail Khan, an Uttar Pradesh-based shooter, was arrested for firing at a businessman's house in northwest Delhi's Rani Bagh on October 26. Khan, a native of Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh, was produced before Delhi's Patiala House court, wearing a burqa to surrender before it for the incident. Khan moved a plea for surrender before the Patiala House court.
