Jamia Millia Islamia opens 2025 admissions, introduces 14 new courses

The Jamia Millia Islamia has announced the opening of admissions for the 2025-26 session and published its prospectus online. This year, the university has added 14 new programmes to its list and opened admissions through CUET 2025 scores for 25 programmes. CUET-BASED ADMISSIONS AND PROGRAMME EXPANSION CUET 2025 merit marks will be applied for admission to nine undergraduate, five postgraduate, eight diploma, and three advanced diploma programmes in the coming academic year. 14 new courses were introduced by JMI in their curriculum: UNDERGRADUATE Bachelor of Design 4 years BSc Computer Science 4 years Diploma & Certificate Courses : Certificate in Design and Innovation Certificate in Textile Design Certificate in Graphic Art Certificate in Art & Aesthetics Certificate in Creative Photography Certificate in Calligraphy Certificate in Art Appreciation & Art Writing Postgraduate & Advanced Diplomas: PG Diploma in Fire Safety, Lifts, and Plumbing Services MFA MFA MFA MFA The prospectus was released online by JMI Vice Chancellor, Professor Mazhar Asif. CONCESSION IN FEES FOR FOREIGN AND NRI STUDENTS To promote international admissions, JMI has cut down the fee for students from SAARC countries and also for foreign nationals/NRI wards taking up Diploma courses under the University Polytechnic.
