What Greg Dulcich’s eventual return could mean for the Broncos’ offense

Payton was much more loquacious when discussing what Dulcich can provide when he does ultimately return to Denver’s lineup for the first time since leaving the field against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 6. “Quite honestly, our guy Lucas is doing a good job with a similar type of role, if you will, but it was good to have out there today and it certainly will help.” After Dulcich’s first hamstring injury of the season, which he suffered in the second quarter of a Week 1 loss to the Raiders, he spent the minimum required time of four weeks on IR before returning to practice on a short week ahead of a Thursday night game in Kansas City.
