The demolition of illegally constructed floors of the Sanjauli mosque in Shimla has commenced, following a court order. The Muslim community has expressed voluntary cooperation and stated that they want the structure demolished as it is illegal. Permission for the demolition was granted, and the mosque's roof is being removed after receiving necessary approvals.
