Charges against man, his fiancée of raping minor

The court has framed charges against a woman and her fiancé for raping a minor girl from Ambala under various sections of the protection of children from sexual offences Act. The accused, Shilpi, who used to work in a boutique, and her fiancé, Vijay, a private driver, were booked in July 2014 on the complaint of a Class-9 student for raping the minor girl on the pretext of giving her a job. According to the chargesheet, Shipli is accused by the cops of compelling the minor to develop physical relations with Vijay, while accused he will stand trial for raping the minor. It is worth mentioning that in July 26, 2014, the minor girl had alleged that she was raped by Vijay on the pretext of giving her job in a call centre before dumping her in Ponta Sahib.
