Shamshabad gets new police station

Hyderabad: Home minister Mahmood Ali on Sunday inaugurated a new police station building in Shamshabad in the presence of Tridandi Sreemannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami, DGP Mahender Reddy and Cyberabad commissioner Stephen Ravindra. Monitoring is being done by seven lakh CC cameras while 26 district police offices would be set up soon. He pointed out that plans were underway for a police station building and staff quarters in Shadnagar. My Home Group chairman Jupally Rameshwar Rao, MP Ranjit Reddy, MLAs Prakash Gowd and P Mahender Reddy, and ZDP chairperson Anita Harinath Reddy were present on the occasion.
