BJP MLA replaced by Kapil Mishra in Karawal Nagar fielded from another Delhi seat

India Today

The BJP on Sunday announced its third candidate list for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections, fielding sitting MLA Mohan Singh Bisht from the Mustafabad constituency. Earlier in the day, Bisht expressed his dissatisfaction after his name did not appear on the BJP's second candidate list and Kapil Mishra was given a ticket from Karawal Nagar. Calling it a "big mistake", Bisht said that he would not contest elections from any other constituency and would file his nomination from Karawal Nagar before January 17. I will file my nomination from Karawal Nagar seat before January 17," the veteran politician told news agency ANI.
