West Bengal: Flood fury continues in Ghatal, residents say 'difficult to survive'

A low-lying area in West Midnapore, Ghatal has been witnessing floods almost every year, bringing life to a standstill. Ghatal is infamous for flooding and the low-lying area faced severe floods in July due to heavy rain and again due to overflowing of rivers.
