'” Crevier admitted that it does catch his attention when someone who’s had several hot dogs approaches the counter again, like ‘Hey buddy, you’ve been up here three or four times.’ “Yeah, exactly,” he said. “He goes, ‘There’s always a competition who can eat the most hot dogs, and there’s a running tally in the back,'” Frey said. “It’s still good,” Bergeron said, “but it doesn’t taste as good.” It’s probably not the best optics, however, to be hammering hot dogs in front of the GM and coaching staff after a defeat.
