India TodayAam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday kept up the attack on Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi over the "kale angrez" jibe, saying he may be dark complexioned but his intent is clear and he doesn't make false promises. The Delhi CM also promised free and quality education to those born in Punjab and announced to give an ex-gratia of Rs 1 crore to families of the soldiers or police jawans who die in line of duty if his party comes to power in next year's state Assembly polls.
