Hyderabad: The city witnessed a drop in the minimum temperature on Friday. The Indian Meteorological Department said the minimum dropped to 15º Celsius, which is 3ºC lower than the normal for this time of the month. According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society some places in the city registered recorded lower temperatures including Moula Ali, Qutbullahpur and Bolaram. Under its influence there is a dip in the minimum temperature,” said Mr Mahesh Palawat, chief meteorologist, Skymet. Since there are no or very less clouds the sun’s radiation that comes in during the day is reflected back in the form of long-wave radiation,” said Mr Palawat.
