At the newly opened The Leela’s in Hyderabad, Chef Suresh DC will be hosting his first pop-up titled Plate and Palette. The conceptual tasting is a tribute to Chef Suresh’s personal culinary experience throughout his travels within the country. My approach is to present these complex flavours with a contemporary twist to create memorable dining experiences.” For instance, Suresh has a dish called Pulled cafreal, which is a chicken floss, served with pickled chestnut, then he has something called Mysore pak cheesecake, then there is a dish titled jackfruit, which is made of jackfruit kofta served with crumble paneer and turmeric idiyappam. Suresh presents Indian food with pride for that royal fine dining experience.
