The suspect’s ride took place, ironically enough, at an institution called VacationLand Federal Credit Union in Huron, a city about 50 miles west of Cleveland. Here’s how Heidl’s bumbled escape went down, after officers arrived at the scene at 2:00 a.m. Wednesday in response to an alarm call, the report said: “Body camera footage shows two officers focusing on sounds that seemed to come from an access door above the credit union's drive-thru."
