Food delivery app Zomato announced that the company will launch a 10-minute food delivery service which will be called Instant and will be piloted in Gurugram from the next month. In its table, Zomato has said that the kitchen preparation time for the 10-minute delivery system will be 3 to 4 minutes on average, as against the 15 to 20 minutes of average preparation time in the standard 30-minute delivery.
