KEY OUTCOMES OF THE VISIT Conferred Honorary Generalship of the Indian Army General Sigdel was conferred the Honorary Generalship of the Indian Army, continuing a tradition that symbolises the long-standing friendship and mutual respect between the military forces of India and Nepal. High-level meetings General Sigdel also held discussions with Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, and Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh. Visits to defence industries General Sigdel toured Tata Aerospace & Defence Ltd and Bharat Forge in Pune, signalling Nepal's interest in India's defence manufacturing capabilities.
